There is a Reception desk that you use if needed. Non Profits get a 10% discount. Restroom inside. Make your own Coffee here. Free water. Please specify if you need both rooms. The main (large) room is $40.00 hr. and the conference room is $25.00 hr. depending on the day of the week. Thank you. I can combine both rooms for $40.00hr. Parking spaces:7.
