We have a huge adjoining warehouse connected with a door and an outdoor Graffiti Lot, connected by another door, so you can book this room alone, or in addition to those stages to be used as a video village/VIP room/gear/staging/HMU/wardrobe area. It has exposed rafters painted white, walls currently painted flat black, some brick walls, a few small windows, and concrete floors.
