About the Space
Welcome to the Mediterranean Villa, where we have hosted: Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Marie Claire, Miles Teller, 60 Minutes, and French Montana. Nestled in the heart of Beverly Hills just off Sunset Blvd, this private villa is the perfect backdrop for your next project. Constructed in 2008, the open plan features a grand staircase, spacious living areas, a ballroom, gym, and a state-of-the-art home theater. Parking for up to 10 cars is available on the street. The interior is decked with custom molding, marble surfaces, and exotic wood floors. The landscaped grounds include a swimming pool, a cabana, and a veranda. This 90210 gem can host your next photoshoot, wedding shoot, fashion shoot, commercial, product shoot, or any other professional production. We have hosted companies such as CBS, Sony, NBCUniversal, and YouTube. If you would like to inquire about availability, please include the following details about your project: Project name: Date(s): Start / end times: What the shoot is for: Total headcount: Areas needed: Misc. relevant Info: Film and Video productions (as opposed to still photography) have an additional fee of +$100/hour on top of the base fee. This surcharge is due to the heavier footprint, wear & tear, and EQ associated with these shoots. The video surcharge will be applied via custom offer and is not visible in the widget. The hourly base rate increases as your head count increases. Please plug in your total headcount in the Peerspace widget to calculate your base rate. The Music video min is $4000/day at this location. Alleyway to be used for Load In Loud Out. No cars to be parked on property as Rexford has all day street parking.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The rooms and areas that were permitted to be used for shooting are beautiful and worked perfectly for our photo shoot needs. There are different vignette opportunities around the house to get a lot of diverse shots. Each area was clean and ready to use upon arrival. Umair was very helpful in showing me around and instructing me on how technical things worked when I arrived on set. He also was accommodating, understanding, and flexible with the crew's requests. I would book again.

The house was so spacious and clean and was everything we needed for our Music video. The outside bathroom was clean and perfect for all cast as crew needs as well. For the second interview, crew moved upstairs to film, where a family member scolded our director in front of talent for not using a coaster (not provided, and ring marks from other drinks ahead of our use were all around). Talent and crew were expected to use a gross unclean outdoor bathroom and eat outside.......we had to convince the host to let our A-list talent to use an inside washroom, and since it was cold outside, ask for crew to eat their lunch in the basement. Unfortunately, this was a bad experience start to finish, despite clearly outlining our needs for the shoot ahead of time. Hosts need to understand that when a location is rented, it becomes the crew's place of work, which requires proper access for established needs and the privacy and absolute silence that productions need for undisrupted filming and talent enjoyment.

Host kept disturbing the shoot by walking through the shoot area. Informed us on the day of the shoot that half the house would be off limits. Had contractors work in the house and outside the house while we were shooting.
