About the Space
This stunning private residence is the ideal location for filming and photo shoots. Architecturally award winning contemporary home has professionally designed modern interiors with 14 foot ceilings, large windows, and natural lighting. Spacious rooms, clean lines, and a variety of settings allow flexibility and creativity. Outdoor spaces include a patio with BBQ and green egg, a fire pit surrounded by lush native landscaping, a unique two-story fort surrounded entirely by a bamboo forest, and a variety of leisure areas, such as a trampoline, basketball court, foosball table, ping pong table, and large yard. We also have an architecturally-designed chicken coop and chickens. Situated on more than an acre of lush native Texas landscaping and a bamboo forest, it is a private oasis in the middle of the city, and all scenes have complete privacy from adjacent properties. Located 2 miles from downtown and adjacent to Zilker Park, it is convenient and accessible from downtown and the Austin airport. There is ample on and off street parking available. Available interior space is 2,500 square feet; Exterior space is 1.1 acres. Please note that bedrooms and upstairs spaces are not included.

Jules was responsive and kind. Overall a great home for video or photo in accurately described spaces of the kitchen, dining, and living. Beautiful lighting in the kitchen for product shoots! Other areas of outdoor and gym and a kitchen seating spot are not represented as in photos. TIP: Make sure you confirm the areas of the home you are using so that they are 100% camera-ready when you get on-site and decluttered of personal things. Jules is happy to accommodate if she knows. Pet-dominant home (even when not present), in case you are really allergic.

This location worked out perfectly for our video and photo shoot. The hosts are wonderful, quick to communicate and very welcoming. The house has a lot of natural light and looks fabulous on camera. I highly recommend this location and hope to film here again in the future!

Beautiful house, I wish she would've included in the description that the sun room was changed to an at home-gym, since we planned a majority of our shoot to be done in that room, then had to flex.

The space was great! The only issue we had was with some construction noise coming from a neighbors house, but we made it work!
