Our studio is located in the East Bay Area of San Francisco, Fremont, CA. Near 680 and 880 freeways. 5 min away from shopping centers, restaurants and Warm Springs/South Fremont Bart Station. The area accessible for this off-site listing is the lobby, featuring lounge areas with furniture, a chalkboard, bathrooms with multiple stalls and 4 available themed rooms. Guests can use these for meetings, editing, presentations, co-working space, interviews, or brainstorming sessions. Note that one of the rooms is not fully private. The facility includes: high speed wifi Sound system Projector double sided rolling whiteboard several office chairs and desks foldable tables Kitchen and dining table Chalkboard 20+ reserved parking spaces Conference room with 10 people seating. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Great space worked well for our shoot.
This was my first time using this studio. I do car shoots with beautiful models, and this space is absolutely perfect, being very large and open, and with it's infinity walls. And Viet and his staff are very nice, friendly and accommodating. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them an 11. Definitely will be booking this space again.

The space was absolutely perfect. Staff was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Will be coming back here in a heart beat if we need space again for another photo shoot.
