About Meaux Space
Located in the heart of Chelsea, this space is the perfect venue for your next intimate gathering. Whether it be a dinner party, bridal shower, private wine tasting or photoshoot our 1,800 square foot space is just what you’ve been looking for. We've hosted dinner parties, happy hours, luncheons, corporate meetings, pop-ups, photo shoots and provided a comfortable work space for people! Details on the space -- 1,800 square foot of usable space 200 square foot private balcony White Walls / Polished Concrete Floors / High ceilings Partial Kitchen with convection oven (1) Refrigerators / Farmhouse Sink Handicap Accessible Seated Dinner capacity 25 / Full Capacity 40 Storage room and back of house area available During daytime hours, projection on walls is not a possibility. We, unfortunately, receive too much natural light to make it work. RATES Monday-Thursday/Friday before 5pm - $250 an hour / 5 hour minimum (including set up & breakdown) Friday after 5pm/Saturday-Sunday- $300 an hour/5 hour minimum (including set up & breakdown) Day Rate- $1,800 for over 12+ hours Cleaning Fee $100 Certain photoshoots would only require a 3 hour min. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Jillian, Matt, and the other staff were very responsive and helpful. The space was exactly as pictured, was clean, and there were many helpful items around for set decoration and catering. We did a video shoot with about 10-12 in the space and it was comfortable.

Our holiday party rocked, and we were so happy to celebrate here! Amazing space, amazing location, amazing views, great communication, so yes - we'd definitely love to come back and host an event here.

Beautiful, modern space and amazing communication with our hostess, Jillian, before and during our event. Our team came here for a 6-person corporate offsite and really enjoyed the time here. If you're planning a corporate event, make sure your laptops are charged prior to the event - there are outlets around but not directly under the table. A TV or screen to project to would be on our wishlist for this space! Thank you for a great time.

Great place for organizing an event with 40 ppl. The view and patio area is amazing. Don't recommend for meetings/visio conference as NYC can be noisy and wifi a little glitchy.

Great location and space - my wife's 40th birthday party was a fantastic event thanks to Jillian and her team. We had about 40 guests and the space was perfect. We were able to get our own DJ, food and drinks which was a big plus! Highly recommend!
