Located in the heart of Chelsea, this space is the perfect venue for your next intimate gathering. Whether it be a dinner party, bridal shower, private wine tasting or photoshoot our 1,800 square foot space is just what you’ve been looking for. We've hosted dinner parties, happy hours, luncheons, corporate meetings, pop-ups, photo shoots and provided a comfortable work space for people! Details on the space -- 1,800 square foot of usable space 200 square foot private balcony White Walls / Polished Concrete Floors / High ceilings Partial Kitchen with convection oven (2) Refrigerators / Farmhouse Sink Handicap Accessible Seated Dinner capacity 30 (24 with our furniture) / Full Capacity 50 Storage room and back of house area available During daytime hours, projection on walls is not a possibility. We, unfortunately, receive too much natural light to make it work. RATES Monday-Thursday/Friday before 5pm - $275 an hour / 5 hour minimum (including set up & breakdown) Friday after 5pm/Saturday-Sunday- $325 an hour/5 hour minimum (including set up & breakdown) Day Rate- $3,000.00 for over 12+ hours Cleaning Fee $100
Outside food and alcohol is allowed subject to our approval. Minimum of (3) Staff hired from our preferred vendor is required when serving food & beverage. If you are looking for catering suggestions we do have a preferred vendor list. If you are going to serve alcoholic beverages then appropriate permits must be supplied 72 hrs before your event. Alcohol must be served by your hired catering company or be supplied through our approved list of bartenders at an additional cost. You will not be allowed to bring in your own bartender. Please do not use any glitter or confetti in our spaces. If you bring in balloons, they must be popped or taken out with you at the end of your event. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on any of our walls, shelves, or furniture. Only use tape or gummed backed materials that are designed to be easily removed. You may not stick anything to the floor. Any damages will be taken out of your security deposit. Extra fees may apply for storage pre and post event as well as freight elevator usage. This space will take a $400 security deposit upon booking. You will have to sign a contract specific to the space as well.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

We just had our 50th Wedding Anniversary party at this space and it was magnificent! The space was perfect for our late afternoon cocktail party for 40 people(although the space can probably handle more). The views were fabulous, the natural light was excellent, and the outdoor patio was a real hit with our guests. On top of that, the staff was unbelievable and went the extra mile from beginning to end. I can't recommend this space enough. They even took care of ordering and placing flowers all around the space at a reasonable rate. The kitchen is perfect for a caterer and the space is flexible in terms of furniture, dancing area, cocktail bar, food table, etc. The staff's response time to email questions/requests was very fast and they really worked to meet all of my needs. I would definitely use it again. Book your party here if you want it to be a success and if you, as the host, want to enjoy your own party. I highly recommend it!

What an incredible space and amazing staff! I held my 50th Birthday party here and it was spectacular! The space was perfect for 50 guests, it has a modern, clean look and feel along with full kitchen and island which makes it a great space. There’s even a good-sized outdoor terrace space with gorgeous views of Manhattan complete with a stunning sunset. My guests and I absolutely loved it. Jillian runs an efficient, communicative and collaborative operation. She helps you with ideas and options for the space, was extremely personable and such a pleasure to work with. She really made having the event there a great experience. The staff was helpful from beginning to end. They helped with initial setup of the space and decorations, prepped for drinks and food and were as pleasant as can be. Jillian even sourced a mid-sized Disco ball for my event!! Amazing! Highly recommended.

The space is both beautiful and functional, and Jillian's team did an incredible job with getting us set up with food and rearranging the furniture for our needs. We celebrated our wedding reception (>50 guests) in Meaux Space and it was beyond PERFECT!!! The space is absolutely beautiful (at all hours) particularly at dusk. The spectacular light and views were the most gorgeous complements to our celebration of love and were truly unforgettable!. The layout of the space was easily rearranged for our reception and the outdoor balcony was an incredible addition. The space felt intimate yet spacious for the size of our party and we recommend it highly as a space for all manner of events!!! The wonderful and talented staff helped us plan, organize, stage and execute our party with the utmost professionalism and shared exuberance....They were simply amazing! A special shoutout to Gillian, who embodies enthusiastic creativity: from floral design to artisanal chessboards, etc! We are so incredibly grateful to have found you and this gorgeous space!!!
