Whether it be a dinner party, bridal shower, private wine tasting or photoshoot our 1,800 square foot space is just what you’ve been looking for. We've hosted dinner parties, happy hours, luncheons, corporate meetings, pop-ups, photo shoots and provided a comfortable work space for people! Details on the space -- 1,800 square foot of usable space 200 square foot private balcony White Walls / Polished Concrete Floors / High ceilings Partial Kitchen with convection oven (2) Refrigerators / Farmhouse Sink Handicap Accessible Seated Dinner capacity 30 (24 with our furniture) / Full Capacity 50 Storage room and back of house area available During daytime hours, projection on walls is not a possibility. We, unfortunately, receive too much natural light to make it work. RATES Monday-Sunday $250 an hour / 5 hour minimum (including set up & breakdown) Day Rate- $3,000.00 for over 12+ hours Cleaning Fee $100

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The space is beautiful and it was perfect for our event. The view was spectacular and our guests took advantage of the outdoor balcony views. The team was a pleasure to work with and they helped us with all of our needs from playing our Spotify playlist on their Sonos speakers to accommodating next day pick up from vendors.
