Outside food and alcohol is allowed subject to our approval. Minimum of (3) Staff hired from our preferred vendor is required when serving food & beverage. If you are looking for catering suggestions we do have a preferred vendor list. If you are going to serve alcoholic beverages then appropriate permits must be supplied 72 hrs before your event. Alcohol must be served by your hired catering company or be supplied through our approved list of bartenders at an additional cost. You will not be allowed to bring in your own bartender. Extra fees may apply for storage pre and post event as well as freight elevator usage.

This space was absolutely perfect for a surprise birthday party! The hosts are extremely responsive and do everything they can to make your event a success. So easy to coordinate the details and execute the party flawlessly!! Really couldn’t have pulled this off without them!
My team and I loved everything about the space - from the size, to the décor, to the outdoor patio, it was perfect for our event. Kristal's team was very pleasant to work with and very accommodating. We would book again.
This space is absolutely beautiful without a doubt. I hosted an engagement party here for about 50 people and they all kept raving about how amazing the space was. Guests also really enjoyed the fact that there was an outdoor space, which was important to me, for them to be able to take advantage of. The only issue I eventually had was after the event. I believe there was a misunderstanding / miscommunication on both parties end. We had been promised that the fridge would be empty, as my fiance was going to be cooking and providing food. However, when we got to the space, the fridge was not empty (no big deal at the moment) but a little surprising. My family members loaded up the fridge with our wine and champagne to stay cool while we waited for guests to attend and the bartender to arrive. Long story short, it appears that the event managers left wine/champagne in there as well and that there was some mix-up with both parties' drinks. In the end, we gave back over 10+ bottles of wine/champagne (that apparently was ours and not theirs), since they said we would be charged $500. I was a little confused as to why they would keep unlabeled wine in the fridge knowing how busy the space would be as well as since they told us it would be empty. We ended up giving them $150 on top of all of the wine/champagne we gave them that belonged to us. I think it was an oversight on both parties, but would definitely recommend them keep the fridge empty as they promised before or label.
The venue I used was wonderful and managed with skill and dedication. There is a beautiful view of the West Side of Manhattan. I highly recommend this event space.
Kristal and her team were extremely responsive and helpful, as they replied to our many questions and guides us through the booking process to make things clear and easy. The venue was perfectly clean, we were able to move furniture around how we wanted, and the scenery is absolutely fantastic. Our hosts were amazed. Kristal and her team also accepted for us to extend the party beyond their usual hours, which was great and allowed us to enjoy the night to its full extent. Also, we were allowed to come drop things off (bottles, cups, silverware, food, etc) before the party, which was super helpful. We really are delighted with everything. The two little things that bothered us are that the team didn’t know how to properly use the Sonos sous system, which was frustrating until we finally fixed the issue ourselves, and also the bartender could have been more proactive (I served glasses myself a few times). She also started working 30min late. As the bartender was a service that was demanded by Kristal and her team (and not something that we requested), I was expecting something better. However this is small compared to the party in its integrity. It was amazing and Kristal and her team have a lot to do with it. I would absolutely recommend working with them.
