Exquisite Natural Light Studio in the Heart of Silverlake/Echo Park

I would do it again 1000% over.” Maya G, Artist LOCATION: This beautiful natural light storefront studio is located on world-famous Sunset Blvd in the heart of Silverlake, one of Los Angeles’ trendiest neighborhoods. We are 5 minutes from DTLA and very close to the 134, the 110, the 2 and the 5 freeways THE SPACE: The main room is 20’ x 40’ with a wide open floor plan with 14’ ceilings, white walls, beautiful natural north light, and hardwood floors. We have large windows facing the street, but if you prefer privacy, we have translucent shades that provide soft gorgeous natural light. Included in the rental is an additional 400sf in the back which includes a long hallway and kitchen, perfect for storing extra stock and prepping refreshments. IDEAL USES: Pop-ups Art Galleries Small, Intimate Parties and Dinners Photo Shoots Castings and Wardrobe Fittings Workshops Rehearsals and acoustic performances PRICING: The rate listed is based on events such as low-key pop-ups, chill art galleries, and small photo shoots. For events involving larger crowds as well as more elaborate set-ups (such as commercial filming, video and photography) - higher rates may apply. For this reason it is crucial that you are fully transparent about the scope of your event prior to booking to ensure that your event is a brilliant success. The first 2 hours of overtime are billed at the same hourly rate as the first 8 hours. Overtime hours after that are billed at time and a half. Time begins when first person arrives and ends when the last person leaves. There is no charge for leaving things overnight for multi-day rentals. A security deposit may be required for some events, and if your company has insurance, we strongly recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Liability listing Rampart Studio, LLC as "additional insured". And yes, we offer discounts for multi-day rentals. PARKING There is metered parking directly in front of the studio. There is unmetered parking on the side streets as well as on Sunset Blvd a couple blocks to the east and the west.
