Exquisite Natural Light Studio in the Heart of Silverlake/Echo Park

LOCATION: Rampart Studios is beautiful "boutique" studio that that makes for an elegant creative workspace. We are located on Sunset Blvd in the heart of Silver Lake / Echo Park area, one of the trendiest neighborhoods in all of Los Angeles. We are walking distance from Sunset Junction, the Echoplex, Mohawk Bend, and dozens of wonderful bars, restaurants, cafes, and boutiques. We are also 5 minutes from DTLA and very close to the 134, the 110, the 2 and the 5 freeways. Please note: This rate is based on smaller events where you won't be having more than 6 people (with some flexibility). The main front room is 20’x40’ with a wide open floor plan, white walls, and beautiful natural north light. There is an additional 400 square in back which includes a recently renovated, full kitchen for storing or preparing any refreshments. Please discuss in advance if you plan on doing any actually cooking. Outside food and beverage or catering is also permitted. We have large windows facing the street, but if you prefer privacy, we have translucent shades that provide a gorgeous soft natural light.
