Exquisite Natural Light Retail Storefront and Studio in the Heart of Silverlake / Echo Park

LOCATION: This beautiful natural light studio serves as a highly desirable retail storefront as well as a creative workspace located on Sunset Blvd in the heart of Silver Lake / Echo Park area, one of the trendiest neighborhoods in all of Los Angeles. We are walking distance from Sunset Junction, the Echoplex, Mohawk Bend, and dozens of wonderful bars, restaurants, cafes, and boutiques. We are 5 minutes from DTLA and very close to the 134, the 110, the 2 and the 5 freeways THE SPACE: Rental is for the 1,200 square-foot first floor of the studio, with natural hardwood floors and 14’ high ceilings. The main front room is 20’x40’ with a wide open floor plan, white walls, and beautiful natural north light. There is an additional 400 square in back which includes a recently renovated, full kitchen for storing or preparing any refreshments. Outside food and beverage or catering is also permitted. We have large windows facing the street, but if you prefer privacy, we have translucent shades that provide a gorgeous soft natural light. For more people and/or more elaborate events - especially commercial shoots, videos, movies, etc. - “production” rental rates may apply. Please be fully transparent about the scope of your event so we can ensure we'll be a good fit. A security deposit may be required for some events, and if your company has insurance, we strongly recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Liability listing Rampart Studio.
