Natural light streams into the space all day from east, west and south facing windows. 15 ft. ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and an open plan across two living rooms, kitchen, dining room and patio space - offers spacious and versatile options to meet your event needs: a meeting at the large table, open space for movement, both living rooms can be rearranged to meet your floor plan needs (cozy and intimate or more formal), a full kitchen and enough space to break out into groups. The space has heated floors, wifi access, chic furniture, Alexa/Amazon Echo enabled, a gas fireplace, surround-sound Bluetooth speaker system and a bathroom on the main floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, an automatic espresso maker, french press, filtered water, all major and small appliances a soda stream and cooking utensils. There is a center island, refrigerator, freezer with ice maker, gas oven, dishwasher and a BBQ out back. This is an urban, bright, comfortable oasis that is perfect for your next intimate off-site, meeting, brainstorming session, or soiree. Please note that the front door to the home is up 10 stairs. All bookings are inclusive of start and end time. No smoking inside the space or within 15ft of the door. No pets. Please have your guests remove their shoes. Furniture and kitchen must be returned in its original manner. Please be conscientious of red wine marks on the white counter and table, they stain :(. Please abide by Peerspace's cancellation and overtime policies. Event or production insurance may be required.
We have a birthday and baby shower party this afternoon during sea fair weekend. This beautiful house have enough seats for 20+ people and everything is clean. Plus! this place is very good for photos!!! We bring everything we need for our party but she also have some kitchen stuffs for people to use if youn forgot to bring some stuffs. We booked for 3 hours from 11 to 2pm. But my wife mess up the time, hahahaha, she thought was 12 to 3pm and told guess to come late( our first party hahahah ). Luckily, our beautiful host Mikyla was super nice to us. She allow us to push(change) time from 11-2pm to 12-3pm. Before that she even give us a discount for cheaper clean fee. (As promised, we didn’t make any mess to this beautiful house, we cleaned all garbages, and putting chairs back to where it use to be, and wipe the floor for her so she don’t have to do all the works.) (one thing I want to remind everyone who’s gonna book this beautiful house. To lock the door you have to type the door code after you close the door.) once again, thank for our host Mikyla and her beautiful house.
I loved this space! I rented it for my sisters bridal shower and it was the perfect space for an intimate gathering. There was plenty of seating and table space. Mikayla was very organized and provided clear instructions. Everything was very easy and convenient! I would definitely rent this space out again.
The Juicebox is a wonderful event space that I would definitely book again!! It has a welcoming, beautiful decor with plenty of natural lighting and it is quite spacious!! It also has a nice outdoor space in the back. Mikyla is a great host and very helpful when planning your event!! Overall, very satisfied and happy that I picked this space to rent for my daughter's graduation gathering!!
