Beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bath split level house with curb appeal. Inside is fully updated with rustic traditional decor. Lots of space inside and out. Its a very open floor plan. with full leigh windows and some high ceilings. All rooms are accessible. The house has normal outlets in every room including the outside. I will be on-sight when filming. We have a driveway leading to the garage that has a door that leads to the house. There also is a front door close to the garage. the house square footage is approximately 2250sf. There is a Basketball court in the lower backyard. We live in the house with 3 dogs. for Outside filming.Pool area and Basketball court. Wide streets for Parking. This house is great if you need a room or 2. *PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY HOUR EXCEEDING THE ORIGINAL BOOKING TIME STATED WILL BE CHARGED $150/HOUR*
The house is being rented for filming and video shoots. I would need to know in advance the purpose of renting the space. No smoking on the property. No loud music after 10PM.
