This studio is newly renovated and fully equipped with state of the art lighting equipment, which is dimmable and perfect for setting the tone for any occasion. This studio is equipped with a lounge area to relax, a kitchenette area to prepare/serve food and beverages, and Bluetooth surround-sound so you can stream any audio of your choice. Additionally, a PARKING GARAGE is located right next door to the studio, making parking a breeze as well as a coffee shop downstairs for all your refreshment needs. Our studio is the perfect rental for those seeking an inviting and cozy work environment, with the ability to easily transform it into a luxury gathering space. Not to mention the spectacular LOCATION: Near us are the B, D, F, M, N, Q, R, W, 1, 2, & 3 trains. Stations nearby are 28th Street, 33rd Street, 34th Street Herald Square, and Penn Station, making it easily accessible for everyone in different parts of the city! As well as plenty of food choices nearby for a quick bite or midday lunch. Perfect Venue for: - Corporate events, staff retreats and team building, anniversaries, corporate parties, fundraising event, product showcases, charity events, corporate events, launch events, and product releases. Our space comfortable seats 70 guests but we can accomodate for 80 total. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
