This 2000 square-foot office studio space sits on the 6th floor offering a bright and tranquil space with tons of flexibility and functionality suitable for a multitude of office uses. This studio is newly renovated and fully equipped with state of the art lighting equipment, which is dimmable and perfect for setting any kind of setting. This studio is equipped with a lounge area to relax, a kitchenette area to prepare/serve food and beverages, and Bluetooth surround-sound so you can stream any audio of your choice. Additionally, a parking garage is located right next door to the studio, making parking a breeze as well as a coffee shop downstairs for all your refreshment needs. Our studio is the perfect studio rental for those seeking an inviting and cozy work environment, with the spectacular location of the studio and the large space to work with, it's easy to turn the studio into your perfect work space. This space was completely perfect for our party and the host was amazing. He was responsive for any/all of my needs leading up to the party and on the night of. Every single detail went smooth and I have no complaints. Right before we left for the night, I told him that I'd likely be in touch to reserve the space again for a future party! Thank you so much!

Yoni was a great host! Very communicative, helpful, and kind. He helped rent tables and chairs, having them ready for us to set up when we arrived in the morning, which was a great relief. He lent a hand truck to help move things, helped clean a spill we accidentally had while cleaning up after, and thoughtfully had a window open and air fresheners when we arrived so the space felt fresh. The studio’s beautiful and furnished comfortably. Our party was 50 people (40 in actual attendance) and everyone felt very comfortable and were impressed by how it was spacious and bright. The natural light from the windows even on an overcast day, plus the studio lights, made even casual camera phone photos come out great. Several of my guests asked about the space, and I would definitely recommend this venue to others.

The space is great. The host was a bit rude. Be aware if you have allergies. There are pets walking in and out of space.
