** This is a single-floor office building at the center of Silicon Valley. The rentable area is about 2,000sf professional video studio with a stage, lighting, and sound system. We had many Corporate retreats, Forums and panel Discussions, Training classes, Startup pitchings, Workshops, Charity Auctions, Standup comedies, TED talks, Fashion Shows, All kinds of Parties, Celebration of life, Church events, Small Concerts and more. Using our backyard can double your attendees. Our place is very flexible to adapt to multifunctional purposes for events. Easy to decorate on the stage, 100' LED TV Screen, wall, and create atmosphere with studio lighting on high-ceiling. Two ADA-complained restrooms are sanitized daily. Brandnew Kitchenette is equipped with filtered drink water, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee machine. The large backyard can expand your event's outdoor needs. We never stopped improving our services, you will find 80 Add-Ons to help you achieve the best events. Our studio is easily accessible, near Santa Clara Square, has quick access to freeways, and around the corner are restaurants, cafes, Whole Foods, and Costco. There are over a hundred free parking spaces close by in the quiet industry park. **Booked rental time includes setup and tear-down. minimum 4 hours. Please book enough time. Overtime is charged at a 1.5x hourly rate per Peerspace’s policy. **8 hour+ has 15% off space rental, $89/hour for weekdays, 135/hour for weekends, Less than 4 hours is $149/hour. The studio must be returned to the exact condition you found it in and teardown time is included in your rental so please book accordingly. Please treat our studio as if it were your own. We understand that things happen, so if anything breaks during your rental period, please let us know immediately so that we can help. There may be a replacement fee for damaged equipment/props. See below for what is and isn’t included in your rental. You are welcome to Add-Ons or bring your own equipment if you prefer as long as you protect the gear that is here. We will provide a disinfectant station in our bathroom that includes soap, disposable paper towels, hand sanitizer, and disposable gloves. We no longer require vaccinated guests to wear face-covering.

I rented this venue for my parents' retirement party, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. The hosts were incredibly nice, helpful, and responsive, making the entire planning process a breeze. Inside, the space comfortably fit 50-60 people at round tables, with access to a well-equipped kitchenette and plenty of readily available furniture. The air conditioning kept everyone comfortable, and the venue's layout made it easy to host a smooth and enjoyable event. We also rented the outdoor area to accommodate an additional 60 guests, which worked out perfectly. The functional design of the space, combined with its convenience—Whole Foods and Costco are nearby for any last-minute needs—made it an ideal choice for our event. I highly recommend this venue for anyone looking to host a memorable gathering!

I am in love with this place, I organized my husband's 25th birthday party and everything was spectacular! the music, the lighting, the furniture, and the receptionist and the technician were the best!! My friends were very happy with the location and the party! I highly recommend it! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
