We never stopped improving our services. You will find 100+ Add-Ons (mostly free) to help you achieve the best events. Our studio is easily accessible, near Santa Clara Square, and has quick access to freeways. Around the corner are restaurants, cafes, Whole Foods, and Costco. There are over a hundred free parking spaces in the quiet industrial park. • The booked rental time should include setup and teardown and must be at least 4 hours. Rentals of less than 4 hours will be subject to a different pricing structure. • $89/hour on weekdays, $135/hour on weekends. Booking for less than 4 hours will cost $149/hour on weekdays and $225/hour on weekends. • We offer a 20% discount on bookings of 8 hours or more. • The studio must be returned to the exact condition you found it in, and teardown time is included in your rental, so please book accordingly. • You are welcome to have your catering and drinks. We understand that things happen, so if anything breaks during your rental period, please let us know immediately so we can help. If a prop is damaged or used up, there may be a replacement fee. COVID-19 Community Safety Notes + Measures: We are committed to providing a healthy and safe space for creatives to rent. Therefore, we are cleaning and sanitizing our space before/after every rental to ensure the safety of our community. We ask that you please wash your hands (20 seconds) upon entering the space. We will provide a disinfectant station in our bathroom that includes soap, disposable paper towels, hand sanitizer, and disposable gloves. We no longer require vaccinated guests to wear face-covering.

We hired a licensed professional cleaner, The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC. Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning. We provided Disinfecting spray and paper towels, Disposable masks, and Hand Sanitizer.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
