About the Space
Our event room is 1200 sq ft. It accommodates 40 people comfortably for conference, photoshoots meetings, listening parties, interviews, workshops, lectures and catered dinners. There will always be an on-site manager present in case you need any assistance throughout your booking. The kitchenette area has no stove, no refrigerator. Guests have full access to a countertop and large sink for catering with request from host.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Great location for photoshoots. Owner was very accommodating and helpful during shoot. Set up backdrops and moved furniture for us. I definitely suggest renting this studio. Has a bathroom nice bar and had heaters to keep it warm. Niccce location in Oakland with street parking. Will definitely be renting again.
