Our event room is 1200 sq ft. It accommodates 40 people comfortably for conference, photoshoots meetings, listening parties, interviews, workshops, lectures and catered dinners. There will always be an on-site manager present in case you need any assistance throughout your booking. The kitchenette area has no stove, no refrigerator. Guests have full access to a countertop and large sink for catering with request from host.

Before and after every client the facility is disinfected. We also run air purifiers.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
