In the heart of downtown, this recently restored 1915 bungalow on Cesar Chavez is close to everything. The main gallery space and side room (650 sf) are perfect for micro weddings, parties, art shows, film & photo shoots, etc. Rental includes the front courtyard and rear lot. For most rentals, the two side offices will be closed, these rooms are available for multiple day rentals and SXSW. The entire building is1,200 sf. Please plan to visit the space before renting. Photos are indicative of past events and don't necessarily reflect the current set-up. The gallery space and conference room fit 50 comfortably and the front and back courtyards can accommodate more. We have two conference tables, six office chairs and two indoor/outdoor benches. Any additional required seating or tables would need to be rented. New! We now have a bridal preparation suite on site, in the form of a 1969 Golden Falcon travel trailer, available as an add-on as needed. We can coordinate to have a stylist onsite if needed.

People kept asking me was the wedding everything you thought it would be? I kept answering way more than I thought it would ever be! Dan was super attentive while being so easy going. The space is perfect for a party of about 50 if you don't use the back parking lot. We got married on February 29th and I think we'll have our first anniversay party here again in four years on the next February 29th! The space was PERFECT for a baby shower where we had 40-50 guests. It turned out to be too hot to use the front yard space, but the covered patio and inside room were wonderful. A bonus is that there is a kitchen available for use equipped with a sink, refrigerator and microwave which was very helpful. I would just add that there is artwork hanging on the walls which requires an additional hour before/after to take down and re-install if you don't want it up - we were worried it would interfere with the shower and it ended up being just fine, but we weren't aware of this until after we had booked. Finally, there is a lot more furniture on-site than we expected (4 black lounge chairs, marble top coffee table, 2 additional tables w/ chairs, outdoor benches, etc.) which was very useful!

The space was lovely and perfect for my 40th birthday party, which had about 30-35 guests. And, there were 7 reserved parking spaces on the property and a good number of open on-street parking spaces around the venue on a Sat evening. The space was clean, had good acoustics and lighting, and even had LED lights we could use outside. Daniel was flexible, and did a good job preparing the space for us. Also, just an FYI that the paintings on the wall will probably be different than in this photo because the gallery art changes from time to time, as far as I know.
