About the Space
In the heart of downtown, this recently restored 1915 bungalow on Cesar Chavez is close to everything. The main gallery space and side room (750 sf) are perfect for parties, art shows, lectures, classes, etc. Any event with more than 50 guests will need to be booked directly with our venue. Rental includes the gallery space along with the front courtyard and rear lot. For most rentals, the two side offices will be closed, these rooms are available for multiple-day rentals and SXSW. We have proudly hosted official SXSW, and Formula 1 parties. The entire building is 1,200 sf. Photos are indicative of past events and don't necessarily reflect the current set-up. Please plan to visit the space before renting. The gallery space and conference room fit 50 comfortably and the front and back courtyards can accommodate more.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
