Available 7-days a week | 7AM-10PM Meetings | Corporate Functions Our large but intimate industrial-chic event space (for up to 20 people) is located directly on the water in Princeton by the Sea, ideally located between San Francisco and the Silicon Valley. The space is within walking distance of various beaches (including the famous Mavericks), hiking trails, water sports, and restaurants. The space includes full use of the first two floors (minus the garage), and half use of the third floor. There are two balconies with one overlooking the ocean + a patio with direct beach access. This is the perfect space for a variety of events such as corporate off-sites, educational offerings, yoga/meditation workshops and the like. The views and space are more amazing in person! Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. I cannot say enough good things about our experience here in Juli's amazing ocean retreat location. Juli was very responsive, the space was even better than advertised ( and it was advertised well). We used this space for our team work retreat to plan an upcoming project. We could work while looking at the ocean and Juli went over and beyond by making the space perfectly set up for this sort of meeting. There was a printer, chart paper and projector along with a perfect table/chair set up for a meeting next to the sliding glass door leading to the beach. There were also several conference like tables we were able to use and space for breakout talks. The décor and atmosphere was also very impressive and enjoyable. I highly recommend this space and hope we can use it again! Thanks so much Juli!
This space was just perfect for my team offsite. That we could watch sea lions lounging on the docks amidst work-related exercises was so refreshing. And the foosball table made for an epic tournament that may not have gone in my favor. Juli was a gracious and wonderful host making sure we had all the amenities we needed. I would certainly book this space again. Thanks!
This space was perfect for our team of 13. We were here during a rain storm, which made going outside difficult, but seeing the waves roll in, as the backdrop for our presentations and brainstorming sessions was fun. Juli could not have been more hospitable, offering to go get our lunch (we ordered from the Indian place and it was very good), and helping us with plates, cups, and even lend us a jacket or two. She was lovely. Perfect place for our offsite.
This is a beautiful (funky!) space with amazing views and everything we needed for the meeting. The hosts were super accommodating and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Excellent space that the photos don't do justice! It was the perfect size, layout, and environment for our team of 16 for the day, with good meeting setup as well as plenty of space to breakout and just relax during breaks. Most importantly, Juli is an event coordinator's dream - she had the space setup beautifully when we arrived, was very communicative, and was great coordinating with Concierge for our lunch - not to mention that her kind, welcoming personality made her a pleasure to work with and the event feel effortless to bring to life.
This space is AMAZING!!! And so is JULI and her husband !!! I sent my Design team to Juli's location for a workshop. Who doesnt like a beach view, and the internal decor of this space had the PERFECT touch. Juli was very quick with her response time and kept a close communication leading up to my booking. She made sure that all my needs were met and even went above and beyond to pick up my breakfast catering, when I received a last minute cancellation. I would with out a doubt, pass this location to my future team admins, and with out hesitation book this for my own team outtings.
Juli's space is so beautiful - amazing views, charming decor and great location! Juli was also a great host and super responsive to any queries I had. Would highly recommend this place for your next team offsite!
