900 square ft space 10 ft ceilings with large windows All white walls and a polished concrete floor Photo ready minimalist kitchen Movable furniture for staging All props in the space are available to use Projector and large screen Wifi Dining table seating for 6 people (with the current white chairs in the photos) *We have 4 extra folding chairs if needed to seat up to 10 people at the table. *Extra dining table and chairs available for an additional fee (for dinner parties up to 20 people) - $375 FREE regular street parking in a residential neighborhood with no time restrictions other than street cleaning on Thursday and Friday afternoons between 12:30pm and 3:30pm. If you are booking on a Thursday or Friday, please note which side of the street has cleaning on each day. Available for an additional fee: *Extra dining table and chairs (for dinner parties up to 20 people) - $375 White seamless paper backdrop - $175 Clothing rack and two small steamers - $175 Plates, flatware, cups (up to 20 ppl) - $65 About the lofts: Originally an industrial laundry facility built in the late 1920s, it was once named one of the most beautiful industrial buildings in America. At the entrance of the building, you can see some images of the original exterior and interior of the building in use. It was later converted into live/work units in the late 1980s.
IMPORTANT RULES: 1. Keep the front door to our unit closed at all times except for coming and going. 2. All people and equipment must remain inside of our unit. (ABSOLUTELY NO using the common space outside of our unit). 3. When coming and going, please keep noise to a minimum. 4. When you arrive, please contact David at 402-968-5372 or Sarah at 510-684-2175. If you are unable to reach David or Sarah, please contact Rachel at 925-849-2190 or Bekah at 925-322-9954. We maintain the right to be on location for the entirety or portion of the rental, to ensure the success of the rental and also for maintaining the rules and regulations of the building. Availability 7:00am-11:00pm 7 days a week. All booking start and end times are inclusive of set up and tear down time. Food & Beverage/Catering Food and beverages and/or catering are welcome. If you are not using a catering service, but are bringing food we require a Specialty Event Insurance Liability waiver with Host listed as an additional Insured. You can find this online or through your current insurance renters/homeowners policy. Kitchen Use All dishes and cooking supplies are available for guests use, including plates, glasses and silverware. NO ALCOHOL can be consumed onsite unless cleared prior to the rental. Garbage, Recycling & Composting The is NO garbage disposal. Put all food waste into the green bin that is just to the right of the sink (Push down on the stainless steel lid and it will pop open). We have bins for all three types of waste and ask that you organize accordingly. Decorations & Displays PRIOR to any moving of furniture or items, please take photos so you can return the unit back to the original condition. Every effort will be made to allow the renter to prepare decorations and design reflecting their vision. However, we reserve the right as to whether or not to approve for you to rearrange or move any furnishings, including, but not limited to, artwork, lamps, antiques or seating, upon prior arrangement. All displays and decorations proposed by the Client are subject to approval. The Client is responsible for removing all displays and decorations after the rental. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items are to be used on our walls or floors. No glitter or foil (non-paper) confetti is allowed on site. Any damage will be charged after your event. Extra cleaning fees may apply for decorations not approved by us prior to the event date. Noise: The unit is in a dual residential and commercial rated building. Which means people live here full-time. Our space is NOT the space for large raves, techno parties or loud noise at any time. We have a hard stop of loud noise of any kind at 9:00pm. We now have a fine of $1000 for noise complaints after 9:00pm. When we reference noise, we are speaking about inside our space but even more importantly, the hallways of the building and outside, surrounding the building. Conduct: There is absolutely no drug use or smoking of any kind tolerated on premises or within 25 feet of the building including loitering or congregating outside on the sidewalk at any time during your rental period. Disparaging remarks or any type of physical violence will not be tolerated and will be cause for immediate expulsion. Renter and guests shall use the premises in a considerate manner at all times. Conduct deemed disorderly shall be grounds for immediate expulsion from the premises and conclusion of the rental period. In such cases no refund will be issued. Security Camera We have a security camera on the premises at all times. The camera may not be covered or turned off at any time. This is used for insurance purposes only but can be monitored at any time. Lost and Found We take no responsibility for personal effects and possessions left on premises during or after any rental. We do maintain a lost and found and will hold recovered items up to 15 days. Every attempt will be made to return any recovered item to its rightful owner.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

This was a lovely space and Sarah and David were responsive and helpful hosts. We were doing a film shoot and did have some sound issues due to construction across the street, which is the only reason I say I wouldn't book again. Otherwise, I loved the design of the space and it was very spacious and comfortable for our purposes.
