Welcome to our studio! Your all-in-one event location for any of your Private Parties, Corporate Meetings, Off-Site Events, Team Meetings, Workshops, and presentations, or just to catch up with friends. This is a unique event space in the heart of Pike Place Market in Seattle. We are in the center of the downtown hub, and our space of 2500 sq ft is located in Post Alley. It is perfect for birthdays, receptions, intimate weddings, happy hour meet-ups, retirement parties, baby showers, and any other special event you want your guests to never forget! FEATURES: • Large lounge area • Game room for video games or board games • Karaoke machines • Art galler • Billiards table • Dartboard • 1 onsite staff included for support The venue has a karaoke station included with high-quality visuals and mics, not to mention a large-scale selection of songs to pick from varying from Classic English/Chinese to the latest Korean Pop. The moment you walk in, you'll see the Pop-style art on the walls, the glowing chairs, and the lifesize Lego decorations. The Karaoke lounge in front doubles as an impromptu dance floor and lets you sing and dance the night away. We have a room that is dedicated to gamers for video games or board games. We also have an open room in the back with more lounge area, a billiard table, and a dartboard. There's plenty space for 50 people to hang out, have fun, and enjoy each other's company. We are located in The Post Alley, in the vicinity of Seattle's famous Pike Place Market. We are between The Tasting Room and Kells Irish Restaurant & Bar, and right across The Pink Door. When you see a blue door, you've found it! We do not serve or sell alcoholic beverages. And feel free to bring your own food or have it catered by nearby restaurants. OVERTIME Per Peerspace’s policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Remember to include the time to set up and close during your booking hours. By the end time of your reservation, space must be vacated. CLEANING/ DAMAGES All items brought into the Studio must be removed. Any damages found on the wall, floor, and doors will be charged to the credit card on file in Peerspace. FURNITURE Please let us know in advance if you need the furniture moved for your event. MISCELLANEOUS No smoking or vaping allowed All artwork is for sale and cannot be moved. Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are available for sale. Banquet permits are accepted if you’d like to bring your own food or caterer. You must apply for the permit at http://lcb.wa.gov/licensing/online-banquet-permit (easy 5-minute application for $10) No food or drinks on the billiard table No food or drinks near or on any electronic devices No food or drinks near or on the karaoke machines Peerspace’s cancellation policy applies. Is a cleaning service provided? You are only responsible to take with you whatever you bring to the studio, for example, food/decorations/drinks. All trash and recycling should be placed in appropriate bins at the end of the booking. The included cleaning is we will wipe down everything, vacuum, mop and take out the trash/recycle. Extra cleaning fees only apply if there is excessive trash left on the floors, tables, furniture, food/drinks spilled on equipment/sofa and staff is not notified. We understand accidents happen, just let us know and we are happy to take care of things.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

I threw my birthday party here and this place is amazing! Frank’s staff was very helpful and whenever we needed them, they were there! My guests were entertained with all the activities that they provide. Also, I love that there was a fridge for our drinks! Best part was, we didn’t have to clean after. I definitely would recommend this place!

The venue was nice. I few things that could be an issue depending on your situation. 1. Dropping off of anything is a challenge since there is no parking. We hosted a disco birthday party and had a ton of decorations, food, etc. and the lack of drop off parking could be an issue and should be taken into consideration in your venue selection and logistical planning. 2. I'm not sure what was going on, but there was a pungent fish smell coming from the back area in the venue. It could have been a nearby restaurant or something that was being stored or cooked in another area of the venue that we didn't have access to. It was terrible and unless I could get a guarantee it is not a consistent smell, I would not book again. 3. The music had to remain at a level that was on the lower side due to the business below the venue. It wasn't an issue for us since we were hosting a party with children, but this should also be taken into consideration when booking. 4. The staff was helpful and kind. No issues there.

Such a fantastic venue. We rented it for a birthday/murder mystery and it was absolutely perfect. Lots of mixed spaces to spread out the group and everyone got really into kareoke. The on-site teams was super helpful as well.

Frank was super helpful all the way up and until the very end of my booking. He’s quick to respond and very knowledgable. We had two staff members helping and they were also super responsive and helpful. The venue itself was clean, definitely big enough for 50 people comfortable and everyone was enjoying playing games and singing at every station. Everyone loved the venue. 10/10 we would rent this space again.
