From the meditative walk up 52 steps, to the tranquil sounds of the bubbling fountain in the entryway, this exclusive getaway offers the perfect Zen retreat. Affectionately called “The Box House”, the home is constructed almost entirely of glass. Breathtaking features include an amazing open-concept floor plan with 270-degree views of Laurel Canyon. As the last home to be photographed by famed architectural photographer Julius Shulman, a print of this unique home has been exhibited around the world. Limited street parking for up to 2 vehicles. This home is gorgeous. Loved shooting there and Matt and his location manager were very friendly and accomodating. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to do a shoot there. very clean.

Kat (property manager) was super in helping me navigate the surrounding spaces for spots to shoot! Spaces around the property are stunning and a lot of fun to work in! I used the cement wall area also and enjoyed the natural light coming in during golden hour. Thank you Matt!

MAGNIFICENT house! I had a couple of meetings there during the day and besides the outstanding views, the space an amazing energy, all the details of it make sense, it's a very special spot, HIGHLY recommend it.

The team here is amazing. The property is stunning. Matt has the perfect match of client care and neighborhood respect. He was flexible with our film needs and was able to balance the needs of his neighbors in perfect harmony. Filming can be messy. Matt and Kat were about the best hosts Ive had.
