About the Space
An enchanting space, filled with creative energy and bursting with opportunity. Whether you are choosing to do a performance, have an event, lecture, or an intimate reading, the space transforms itself to your needs. Each of our spaces offers something different; the theatre is a large open room with 36 theatre seats and connected lobby, our rehearsal room has a more casual setting perfect for rehearsals and small gatherings, and our creative workspace is perfect for readings, meetings, workshops and creative sessions. Space comes equipped with props, furniture, lighting and kitchen with fridge, microwave, coffee, tea and Nespresso. Beautiful deco style building on the corner of Larchmont and Melrose. 36 seats but can accommodate up to 50. Walking distance from Paramount Studios, and Gratitude Cafe. Stage itself measures 18' 8"W x 13'4"D, and the entire space is over 1000 sq ft. Located in the heart of Hollywood our space is accessible to many freeways, restaurants and has plenty of available street parking. With an alluring vibe and a real sense of privacy, people have said this place is the best kept secret in Hollywood.

We have three dining tables, 6 side tables, a coffee table… A fake refrigerator and stove and lots of other furniture that is totally available for use
We have about 15 extra chairs for benches for stools in about six lounge chairs… And another six eclectic chairs for use in a living room, dining room, kitchen bedroom, etc.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
