FANTASTIC GREEN SCREEN STUDIO! Used for shows like "Sons of Anarchy" and "NCIS" and "Housewives of Beverly Hills" Stage is Pre-lit 20x20x12 Cyc 3000SQ FT ALL GEAR INCLUDED! (kino lights, aperture, arri's, flags, silks, track, dolly etc). KITCHEN / 2 DRESSING ROOMS / SHOWER / FREE WIFI / PRINTER Stage can also be "Black Void" or White Cyc (White is additional paint fee) All parking is free. DO YOU NEED PRODUCTION TOO? - Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This stage was exactly what they say it is. Green screen was painted well and lit for our needs. We had plenty of gear provided by the space. Stage managers were incredibly helpful and very fast to help and answer questions, even the day before the shoot! Having a wardrobe room and make up room was huge for us. Plenty of space for our 17 person crew and lots of production help like chairs, table, and they even printed some stuff for us last minute. Fantastically owned space with honest and real managers that know the film industry, would rent again %100.
