Hello Peerspace community! My name is Jonathan and I manage this fabulous home for filming. Its a 4 bedroom, 3 bath 1 story home. The property is about 5,500 SQ FT in total. We have modern decor throughout the house, decorated by the home owners. The neighborhood is very quiet, which makes it great for shoots rolling sound. We get great natural light throughout the home. Everything in the house is able to be moved, we just ask that you place it back when finished. You will get a site rep during your shoot who is familiar with the house so you can confidently shoot without any issues. Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
