Ultra private, nicely furnished and decorated 1,200 square foot craftsman house. Very central, just a minute from the 580 freeway, Park Exit. Tons of parking, including at least 1 garage space, and at least 2 street parking in front of the garage. Please note that there are 50 stairs to the front door. I take these stairs all the time, often with heavy Furniture. However, if you have difficulty with stairs, you will want to book a different property. Beds and showers cannot be used unless agreed to prior to rental.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
