This is a hip mid-century 4 bed 3 bath 2914 sq. ft. home with true to the era style and amazing natural light for photo/film/music video shoots. It's a SOUTH FACING home and the house and garden GETS SUN ALL DAY long, however pool starts shadowing from ginger plants to the West after 3:30 pm. So please book accordingly. Because it is situated on THE TOP OF A HILLSIDE and is the last house on a culdesac, it has total PRIVACY and no other houses or buildings are in sight. The views are superb.There are several lush verdant gardens with varied and mature plantings from desert succulents, tropicals, and California costal style including some rare plants adding to that “out in nature” look to shoot here on all sides of the property. At least 60 outdoor set ups if you need lots of variety for E-comm, editorial, or film and commercials. The kidney shaped swimming pool is perfect for outdoor shoots. The pool itself has a large first step/platform area covered with classic aqua mosaic glass tile, great for swimwear/fashion/resortwear shoots. There are lush, mature and varied plants with succulents, some rare plants and tropical plants all adding to the “out in nature” effect of our gardens both front and back. There’s a spa also and a fire pit with a circular seating area which adds to the many fantastic backdrops. There truly is an abundance of great angles and shots outside. Plenty of shots to be had of the pool and gardens with no house showing at all. The spacious living room has a huge stone fireplace and floor to ceiling walls of glass so nature, plants and mountains are all around from multiple angles. The master bedroom size is also south facing and a generous size and it's easy to shoot there, again with a huge wall of glass and great natural light. Same also for the master bath, which includes more big windows, fantastic light, skylights, a floating teak wood vanity with glass sinks, and both an indoor and outdoor shower. The toilet is hidden away which makes it perfect for commercial shoots for beauty and a spa-like look. There is also an ultra hip "bachelor pad" studio (with en-suite bath). The (also south facing) 400 sq ft room is complete with vinyl and DJ style turntables and a circular couch perfect for shoots. The walls of glass open there for more flexibility during shooting and views of the mid century authentic decorative block wall and more greenery. Kitchen is also south facing, with beautiful light all day. The large carport and driveway area can be used as well for photos/video and/or for hair and makeup or craft services if you have a larger shoot... and because it's adjacent to the "bachelor pad" studio... it's a perfect set up as a staging area. Plenty of room for equipment, generators, extra lights, etc. If you need an area for a seamless daylight studio, the carport and/or the living room can double up for this purpose.
