About the Space

The Villa served as a backdrop set during the 60's in several action & drama films including Sinatra and Bond movies. We are open to hosting small-scale private events such as bridal showers, receptions, workshops, cocktail parties, etc.This MC Modernism 60’s Villa, located in West Hollywood, is newly renovated with authentic furnishings and retro designed décor pieces. ***PLEASE READ RULES & NOTE*** For larger event groups, pricing: - $400 hourly rate is for any group size of more than 40. Notable features: - 3,000 sqft interior with open layout - Floor to ceiling windows, plenty of natural light - Original, 1960's retro furnishings & decor - Exterior terrace & garden - Double fireplace & platinum porcelain tile floors in the living room - Dining room, library, and fully equipped bar space. An original fully equipped kitchen for catering team to set up and serve from. - Plenty of free street parking available for guest vehicles. Secured parking for four vehicles in our covered driveway as well. Easy load-in/out through our side entrance. - 2 restrooms - have plenty of mirrors and are large enough to accommodate hair, makeup and wardrobe. - Backyard includes huge BBQ terrace, lush & beautifully landscaped greenery, an outdoor lounge & patio. Garden features a hillside covered with trees, lavender plants and bougainvillea flowers, solar lighted at nighttime. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
