If your event is non-for-profit, you must provide proof of 501c3 status for non-for-profit discounted rate. All decorations, furnishings, and displays shown in event photos are from outside vendors and decorators. We do not provide decorations for events. Our beautiful multipurpose venue can used for themed parties, concerts, birthdays, baby showers, anniversary parties, photo shoots, video shoots, rehearsals, business/corporate meetings, informal and formal meet-ups, and much more! Rates include use hourly rental of the theatre, bathrooms, and the use of basic sound and lighting. Tech Services are available as an Add-On for an additional fee for use of microphones, Smart TVs, projector, or colored LED lights. (Tech service add-on must be confirmed at least 10 days before event date) Total Square Feet: 620 sqft Additional spaces available for rent in our facility. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The space is beautiful and the communication with the front desk staff was always fast and thorough. Unfortunately that is where the positives end. The day before my event I was notified the AC unit in the space I booked was not working and was offered another larger room (with a working AC unit) to hold my event in. I accepted. However on the day of the party about one hour into the event the AC units stopped working. The room became unbearably hot on one of the hottest days of the year. My 30 guests were extremely uncomfortable. I understand things go wrong and that this was not the fault of any of the staff members. The issue I have is with the way the owner of the space handled the situation. He refused to accept responsibility. He blamed the 3 small burners we had lit under our food trays. He blamed us for leaving one of the doors open. He claimed the room was "comfortable" despite there being an obvious temperature difference between the hallway and room. He was rude, argumentative, and blamed the customer for a problem that he should have handled prior to hosting an event. He showed no remorse, did not apologize, and instead claimed we were in the wrong. This situation completely ruined my 8.5 month pregnant sister's baby shower. After much discussion we were able to get some of our money back however it did not make up for the frustration we felt and the embarrassment in front of our guests. I do not recommend this space - save your money and book elsewhere.
