Rates include use of theatre, bathrooms, and the use of basic sound and lighting. Additional technical assistance will be arranged for a fee. Space was nice. The smaller room said it would fit 65 however once you put in the chairs and tables it is extremely extremely tight. The team was very nice and friendly however they didn’t seem to knowledgeable with the functionalities of the room ie speakers, mics etc. The venue is a beautiful location and the piano adds to the feel. I do feel like the kitchen should be included in the overall price of the place. Once you start adding on certain amenities it adds up quickly and becomes very pricey. Overall a beautiful venue. I held my baby shower there and I enjoyed it.
