THE SPACE Hours of Operation - 9:00am-12:00am Minimum Reservation - 2 hour Max Occupancy – 118 The Great Room is 3100 sq. ft. (indoor only) and approximately 5000 sq. ft. when outside area and conference rooms are included. Note that the space is located within a residential apartment community, so you may see our wonderful residents around the space. Please be mindful of this when booking. AMENITIES WiFi, full demonstration kitchen, dining area, fire place, outdoor terrace. THE LOCATION Located in Mesa Verde and a short drive from Huntington and Newport Beach. We are footsteps away from various food options and transportation methods. PARKING Onsite parking is provided and included in the booking rate. We recommend using public transportation or taxi/ride share services when available for larger events. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. I hosted my 25th birthday party with about 100 guests, and this venue was the perfect fit! Courtney was very helpful and responsive to all my questions and inquiries. She was great to work with! The venue itself was very spacious, clean, and beautiful. It had plenty of seating area both inside and outside at the patio. The only down sides were the parking area and the venue only having 2 bathrooms (1 male/1 female). Overall, I would definitely book again!

I hosted my birthday this past weekend here and could not have been any happier. The space is beautiful, clean and just an overall awesome venue. The veranda view overlooking the pool and the complex was beautiful and a perfect location for a casual brunch BBQ or elegant dinner. Courtney was attentive to my million and one emails and responded promptly and professionally each time. I had about 50 guests plus a DJ and private bartender and still had enough room to dance and socialize. They will give you a passcode to enter the building so it is very safe for kids as well. There are 3 parking stalls for your vendors to unload and load their equipment. There is no parking on site by the venue but I had my guests park in the residential area near the golf course on Tanager Drive which is in reasonable distance. The GPS will take you to their leasing office but they will send you a map that I posted in my evite to let my guest know where exactly to go. Book this venue! You won't be disappointed. Trust me!

I would like to say first of all that the space was amazing and perfect for my engagement party. I had no complaints about the space itself. Parking may be a problem, since parking is only available in select spaces throughout the complex. We did have one guest get towed so be careful where they park. My overall complaints come from my interaction with the host. First of all, Courtney can be late to answer emails, especially the week before my event when I was trying to get details finalized. Also, a few weeks before my planned event, she informed us that the space was actually reserved for a resident of the complex and that she forgot to update it on Peerspace. Luckily, that resident decided to change their date. Lastly, on the day of my event, I had to wait an hour before receiving the appropriate code to enter due to receiving the incorrect code initially. Overall, I would suggest using this space since it is an amazing space, but I would just be wary of the planning process with the host.
