Our well equipped event spaces are perfect for your next intimate gathering or cocktail party. The unique settings and reliable amenities deliver an enjoyable experience every time. THE SPACE Hours of Operation - 9:00am-12:00am Minimum Reservation - 2 hour Max Occupancy – 118 The Great Room is 2156 sq. ft. (indoor only) and approximately 5000 sq. ft. when outside area is included. Note that the space is located within a residential apartment community, so you may see our wonderful residents around the space. Please be mindful of this when booking. AMENITIES WiFi, full demonstration kitchen, dining area, fire place, outdoor terrace. THE LOCATION Located in Mesa Verde and a short drive from Huntington and Newport Beach. We are footsteps away from various food options and transportation methods. PARKING Onsite parking is not provided and not included in the booking rate. We recommend using public transportation or taxi/ride share services.
Pre-furnished: configuration cannot be changed. Room rentals do not include access to other on-site facilities. Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free. For this very special space, we typically like to have the host of the event meet with our site team to walk through and ensure your needs are met. All bookings are inclusive of set up and break down time, and for this reason we recommend booking an hour before and after your set event time. Furniture cannot be rearranged without prior approval from host. Please dispose of garbage, leave the space "broom clean" and check in with the concierge on your way out. All deliveries and catering need to be approved and communicated to host in advance. The Peerspace Concierge team can help coordinate any additional services you may need, contact them at [email protected] Depending on your event, we might recommend that you provide a staff member to check in guests at the front desk of the building as they will be entering a formal lobby on the first floor. Catering, entertainers, and dancing require prior approval from management and may require liability insurance. We may require you to also sign our supplemental Peerspace booking agreement prior to the event and provide names of all attendees for check in. If your booking is a larger event and/or includes alcohol you may need to purchase additional event insurance and provide a COI and/or provide a refundable security deposit prior to the booking date. All events must end and be cleaned up by 12:00 am. We are so happy to have you!
Had a GREAT experience overall with booking and using this space. Worked with Aaron and Courtney and both were very helpful with answering questions quickly and providing the best customer service. We booked this space for a wedding shower and it accomedated it perfectly. The look and feel of the decor was upscale and definately fit our theme. The indoor and outdoor seating can accomedate tons of guests comfortably and the huge kitchen worked out perfectly with all the food we catered in. Will definately book this place again in the future.
My husband and I had our Anniversary dinner and Karaoke celebration here and it was amazing. The space is beautiful and only needs very little decor. The staff are very professional and tentative to your needs. Our host Courtney Z. was helpful in every way even before we booked. We are extremely grateful and pleased with our rental.
My husband and I used this facility to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The space is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our 40 guest to have dinner and Karaoke. The staff is very friendly and attentive. My host Courtney Z. was amazing from the beginning even before I booked. I would highly recommend this venue.
The space was great, we had exactly what was needed for our event. The parking was tough to direct people to and most of it was taken up by the tenants. Courtney was great with the reservation and stayed in contact the whole time. We did have an issue with teenagers that walked through our party and stayed in a conference room near the restrooms. One of my guest walked in on 2 boys and a girl in the restroom together messing around. When we contacted security he just said well we we all young once and never asked them to leave. We had young children there and they were using the restrooms so we had to watch out for them. It was not as secure as I would have liked it and the security knew about the doors that could be pushed open even though they were locked. All and all our party was fine, but I would have felt better and more attentive to guest had we not had such a problem with the teenagers and lack of security and secure doors. Although the amenities and the space was great.
Courtney was really helpful and very thorough. The venue was really nice. Everything worked out in the end. As a few others mentioned, parking is a bit tricky. Also, there was a party beforehand and cleaning wasn't done, but they cleaned up pretty well. The only thing was that the trash wasn't emptied so that was an issue for us. Overall I'd rent this venue again, hopefully when the fireplace is fixed.
This venue was everything and more. I booked the venue for a birthday party. Front desk and maintenance staff was very accommodating, and readily available the evening of the event and prior to that. Also I had a wonderful Peerspace agent who was very patient in guiding me through the booking process.
Courtney was so gracious and helpful from beginning to end with regard to our venue booking for a baby shower. Courtney was very responsive and provided all the details needed to make sure our special day went smoothly. The Great Room is everything you need for a large gathering (30-60). - it is well lit, spacious, plenty of seating, and the furniture/fixtures made the space beautiful on its own. We received so many compliments about the space. Do bring your own portable speaker for music just in case. Directing guests to appropriate parking and describing the location was a little difficult, but nothing balloons and signage couldn't solve. Really outstanding experience. Would definitely book again!
