THE SPACE Hours of Operation - 9:00am-12:00am Minimum Reservation - 2 hour Max Occupancy – 118 The Great Room is 3100 sq. ft. (indoor only) and approximately 5000 sq. ft. when outside area and conference rooms are included. Note that the space is located within a residential apartment community, so you may see our wonderful residents around the space. Please be mindful of this when booking. AMENITIES WiFi, full demonstration kitchen, dining area, fire place, outdoor terrace. THE LOCATION Located in Mesa Verde and a short drive from Huntington and Newport Beach. We are footsteps away from various food options and transportation methods. PARKING Onsite parking is provided and included in the booking rate. We recommend using public transportation or taxi/ride share services when available for larger events.
Pre-furnished: configuration cannot be changed. Room rentals do not include access to other on-site facilities. Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free. For this very special space, we typically like to have the host of the event meet with our site team to walk through and ensure your needs are met. All bookings are inclusive of set up and break down time, and for this reason we recommend booking an hour before and after your set event time. Furniture cannot be rearranged without prior approval from host. Please dispose of garbage, leave the space "broom clean" and check in with the concierge on your way out. All deliveries and catering need to be approved and communicated to host in advance. The Peerspace Concierge team can help coordinate any additional services you may need, contact them at email@example.com Depending on your event, we might recommend that you provide a staff member to check in guests at the front desk of the building as they will be entering a formal lobby on the first floor. Catering, entertainers, and dancing require prior approval from management and may require liability insurance. We may require you to also sign our supplemental Peerspace booking agreement prior to the event and provide names of all attendees for check in. If your booking is a larger event and/or includes alcohol you may need to purchase additional event insurance and provide a COI and/or provide a refundable security deposit prior to the booking date. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

The space was beautiful, appropriately fancy for the 50th wedding anniversary party we planned. It was also spacious for our group of approximately 50 people. The young crowd hung out on the patio overlooking the pool and then moved inside when it got chilly. The onsite office staff allowed us to come a week in advance to test out all the audiovisual stuff as well as learn how to use the kitchen appliances. We discovered the tv doesn't have a hdmi port and the oven couldn't be turned off. A day before the event, the oven issue was resolved, but we found out the TV and wifi would not be working. Courtney quickly resolved the issue by substituting with a projector and screen so we could run a slideshow that was created for the occasion. All we had to do was bring a laptop with hdmi port and connect to the projector. Everything went well after that. Overall, we had a few unexpected glitches, but they were all resolved one day prior to the event.

The atmosphere was beautiful and the indoor outdoor space allowed for people to sit as they chose! I would absolutely book this venue again and would recommend it for anyone looking for a large great room

I needed a venue last minute for my daughters bday due to unexpected weather so I messaged Courtney on a Saturday at 4 pm, praying she’d respond in time since I needed something for the very next day- and she did! She was very responsive, answered all of my many questions, and such a pleasure to work with. The space was definitely as advertised. Everyone kept commenting on how beautiful it was , asking how I found it, and how some people wanted to book it for future events. I thought parking was pretty easy. We just put balloons outside and across where parking would be. There were definitely enough free spots for my guests. There are paid parking spots as well and they are $1/hr. Checking into the location was very easy as well and the 2 staff members that assisted me were very helpful and pleasant. I found peerspace on a whim and I’m so glad I did.

This was a great space for my bridal shower! The kitchen area is nice and the whole place is well decorated just as in the pictures. Courtney is also so responsive and was so nice about letting us stay the extra time we needed even though it was last minute notice. Exactly like the pictures!

Had a GREAT experience overall with booking and using this space. Worked with Aaron and Courtney and both were very helpful with answering questions quickly and providing the best customer service. We booked this space for a wedding shower and it accomedated it perfectly. The look and feel of the decor was upscale and definately fit our theme. The indoor and outdoor seating can accomedate tons of guests comfortably and the huge kitchen worked out perfectly with all the food we catered in. Will definately book this place again in the future.

My husband and I had our Anniversary dinner and Karaoke celebration here and it was amazing. The space is beautiful and only needs very little decor. The staff are very professional and tentative to your needs. Our host Courtney Z. was helpful in every way even before we booked. We are extremely grateful and pleased with our rental.
