Groovy 70's Hollywood 420 Friendly Hideout/Karaoke room- Free Parking - Security

Come check out this vintage space-age 70's secret rooftop loft. A unique space for your birthday, or any special occasion. Or, your own Karaoke club, with the all in one Ikarao Karaoke system. Very fun and private loft space on Melrose. Inspired by designer Verner Panton, and the space age modern design era of the late 1960's,and early 1970's. Very cannabis friendly. This space is a psychedelic funhouse with a speakeasy or secret hideout vibe. Filled with bright colors and unique design elements, virtually everything is vintage or handmade. The loft is located on the Hollywood/Hancock Park border, just a few blocks from Paramount Pictures. After 9:00 pm there is an open parking lot downstairs for 20 cars, before 9:00 it is shared with the businesses below. There is also ample street parking, and another lot about 1/2 block away. The loft is a third floor walk up without an elevator, so I must regretfully say that it is not wheelchair accessible. The inside is about 300 square feet. There is an excellent 1970's stereo system inside, with a Bluetooth adapter to receive music from any device. There is also a fun collection of vintage games to play. The patio is about 300 square feet, with a sofa and several chairs. We have a couple of folding tables available at your request. For music outside there is a Bluetooth speaker. Great views of the Hollywood sign, and a really nice wide view from West Hollywood to Griffith Park. There is security for every event. There will be a man watching the parking lot, and letting guests into the building, and making sure the entrance is locked at all times. You are encouraged to come check the place out in advance to make sure it fits your needs, but since this is a time based business, there will be only one preview appointment for your event.
