Our well equipped event spaces are perfect for your next intimate gathering or cocktail party. The unique settings and reliable amenities deliver an enjoyable experience every time. Interested in hosting more than an event? Check my host profile to see the other spaces that we offer. THE SPACE This large event space is 1145 sq. ft. and perfect for hosting. There are multiple break out spaces, kitchen access and entertainment games such as ping pong and pool. Note that the space is located within a residential apartment community, so you may see our wonderful residents around the space. Please be mindful of this when booking. AMENITIES Wi-Fi, Fridge, Microwave, Pool table, Ping Pong Table. THE LOCATION Located in Mesa Verde and a short drive from Huntington and Newport Beach. We are footsteps away from various food options and transportation methods. PARKING Onsite parking is provided but is limited. We recommend using public transportation or taxi/ride share services.
Pre-furnished: configuration cannot be changed. Room rentals do not include access to other on-site facilities. Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free. For this very special space, we typically like to have the host of the event meet with our site team to walk through and ensure your needs are met. All bookings are inclusive of set up and break down time, and for this reason we recommend booking an hour before and after your set event time. Furniture cannot be rearranged without prior approval from host. Please dispose of garbage, leave the space "broom clean" and check in with the concierge on your way out. All deliveries and catering need to be approved and communicated to host in advance. The Peerspace Concierge team can help coordinate any additional services you may need, contact them at email@example.com Depending on your event, we might recommend that you provide a staff member to check in guests at the front desk of the building as they will be entering a formal lobby on the first floor. Catering, entertainers, and dancing require prior approval from management and may require liability insurance. We may require you to also sign our supplemental Peerspace booking agreement prior to the event and provide names of all attendees for check in. If your booking is a larger event and/or includes alcohol you may need to purchase additional event insurance and provide a COI and/or provide a refundable security deposit prior to the booking date. All events must end and be cleaned up by 12:00 am. We are so happy to have you!
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Other than the actual venue it’s self doesn’t have an address or location easy for anyone to find, the place was great, and the host Courtney was very responsive and helpful all the way to the end! What an awesome experience. Great app also!

This space was not the right fit for our group. Courtney was great at communication and provided a map but it is a large apartment complex with a confusing layout and the same address for a very large lot. The property itself was lovely but there were some aspects that really led to an unsuccessful event for a large group. Only about 30% of my RSVPs showed up with resounding feedback that the venue was nearly impossible to find and they spent 30mins+ wandering around even after checking in at the office. The space has no bathrooms attached and just one small fob (that honestly I am shocked was not lost amongst 40 people using it) that unlocked the gate to the pool which had the only restrooms. It was awkward to have my guests walking next to a hot tub full of young people who were very obviously drunk. The restrooms were poorly stocked and almost pitch black with 1 dim light overhead. The fridge did not work at all. I arrived at 4:30pm and when my guests arrived around 6:30pm and nothing had cooled at all. For a price tag of close to $1,000 and with dozens of Peerspace rentals under my belt I unfortunately have to say I would not book this venue again.

Overall the space was a great venue for our guests. There was more than enough room to accommodate all our guests. We did have some issues initially finding the right office to get to keys to gain access, but we had consistent communication throughout the event. Many guests did say it wasn’t the easiest to find, and the bathrooms were out of the way. Also, I would suggest bringing a cooler and ice if you want chilled beverages, because the fridge did not cool anything! Aside from that, it was a lovely space, and our event turned out great.

Great space! A little difficult for my guests to find it but we really like the area so we went with it. We all had a good time and would like to use this space again if we need a place to host next time.

This space was the perfect venue to host a baby shower for a large group of our friends and family. Ample parking, seating (indoor and outdoor). There's even a doggy park near by for little ones to watch furry friends. The space came with a full sized fridge, sink and plenty of counter space for food and drinks. Check in was also easy and Courtney was very quick to respond to any questions we had with booking and the venue.

Courtney was great! Very communicative and print. Whenever I had questions she responded quickly and thoroughly. The space was clean and organized upon arrival and we had a great experience. We would definitely book this space again for future parties.
