The Gypsy Wagon

Multiple acres of land boasts a Bohemian Wagon (tiny house) and a small white contemporary white house. There is plenty of space surrounding the tiny houses for off roading, running, etc. The space has beautiful scenery of the mountains in the background and plenty of Joshua Tree's and other protected plants. Private yet easy road access and plenty of parking. The "Gypsy Wagon" has a loft, kitchen living room and bathroom. The Tiny House is 8' wide x 24' long x 14' tall The white house is available to shoot from the outside, but does not have interior access. (We use the home as storage) PARKING: There is plenty of parking on and off the land. The home is easy to get to but secluded enough without many homes around and plenty of space for parking. POWER: The Gypsy Wagon is a tiny house and is off the grid. While she has power, if you are using power quicker than it's storing, the energy will run out. There is a back up generator, but be aware it is noisy. We can provide a solar generator for an additional $200 (for the day) We are located 10 minutes from Joshua Tree National Park Visitor Center. Joshua Tree provides unbelievable starry nights and epic sunsets. 13 miles/15 minutes from Joshua Tree's low-key main street. You'll find a saloon, live music, a coffee shop, yoga studio, restaurants, thrift stores, art galleries and more shops. Stater Bros, Home Depot, Walmart, Marshalls are another 5 minutes away in Yucca Valley and Pappy and Harriettes is another 5 minutes down the road in Pioneertown. 2 hour minimum
