This space is perfect for video and photo shoots. We have plenty of space for crew and equipment This set shoots amazing once lite or unlit either way the mood is next level We have a huge parking lot for parking cars/ rv’s and equipment trucks The lot can also be booked for filming and events Our price is very competitive and the rates can be negotiated once it goes into the 2nd day. If shooting a movie please contact us for pricing. If parking is not paid for then you will have to find street parking, which is free. Extra car parking can be negotiated based on size of production.

We clean after every shoot. We air the place out for 4 hours after every shoot.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
