Great space all types of events. Small and large meeting rooms available in the beautiful area of Brushy Creek. Free parking. Dillo Main Room: Board Meeting Style for up to 15 people Texas Hall Room: Banquet Style 130 people. Theater Style: 250 Texas Hold'Em Room: 10-12 People Non-Saturday Pricing is $150 per hour Saturday Pricing is $200 per hour Package includes rental of the venue, tables and chairs. Does not include tablecloths, plates or utensils. These can be added for a fee. Outside food allowed and third party vendors allowed. Alcohol allowed with alcohol services contracted.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.

The venue is decorated very nicely, everything was cleand and ready for us when we got there. EVerybody loved the venue!
