Great space all types of events. Small and large meeting and event space are available in the beautiful area of Brushy Creek. Free Parking Texas Hall Room: Banquet Style 120 people max. Theater Style: 200 people max. Pricing from 1-99 people Monday - Thursday: Rate $100 / Hour (3-hour minimum) Friday and Sunday: Rate $200 / Hour (4-hour minimum) Saturday Rate $250 per hour (6-hour minimum) The package includes rental of the venue, tables, and chairs. Does not include tablecloths, plates, and utensils. These can be added for a fee. Third-party vendors are allowed. Details below: - Third-party vendors, including caterers, bartenders, and DJ/Music Vendors, are allowed. - Alcohol is allowed - bartender with COI and TABC is required. - DJ Vendor and Bands are permitted but there's an $80 Vendor Fee. (This fee is waived if using our in-house DJ services or the venue audio system (complimentary). The third-party music vendor applies only when bringing an outside DJ or Music Vendor. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
