Our beautiful rooftop deck is perfect for any social gathering, celebration or meeting (retreat). Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. Enjoy grilling and soaking up some rays or stargazing by the firepits! Food and catering are allowed, but food trucks and carts are not permitted. Alcohol is allowed (beer, seltzers, wine, champagne), however, if you wish to have liquor (vodka, tequila, whiskey, etc) it must be served by a licensed bartender. We do not allow live music or DJs, but you’re welcome to bring a small portable speaker! We do not permit glitter, confetti or any damaging adhesives (nails, screws, hooks/strips, etc). Scotch tape and Painter’s tape are fine. Furniture is not allowed to be moved and is subject to change and/or removal at any time. This space is located in a residential community, so please be mindful of noise. While we do our best to communicate with residents that the space is reserved for a private event, residents may be unaware and infrequently enter. We recommend posting signage upon your arrival to indicate use of the facility. All hosts are required to sign our license agreement prior to the event. We give a 30-minute grace period before and after the reservation for set up and clean up. Any other time will be added to the booking! Note: the “before” grace period is not applicable if the reservation is at the start of the space’s operating hours. Depending on your event, you or a guest may need to help others check in at the entrance of the building and direct them to the space (e.g. elevator attendant). Please be respectful of the facility and return it to its initial condition at the end of your reservation. Trash must be taken out of the space and properly discarded. We encourage you to bring extra trash bags! We do our very best to accommodate bookings with less than 24-hour notice, however, some amenities or the space itself may be unavailable. We are a pet-free and smoke-free facility. We do not tolerate smoking of any kind on the premises. Violators of this rule will be assessed a $250 fine. We follow Peerspace's overtime and cancellation policies. We look forward to hosting you!

Yes, I would book again.

The venue itself is definitely a 5 star rating! Views you can't beat, plenty of space, and lots of opportunities for different kinds of entertainment. We had my wife's surprise 30th birthday party here and it was a big hit! I would give the overall experience working with the venue and the rental agency team 3 stars. They were fairly good with communication, but a couple of things came up last minute within a couple of days of our party which caused us to have to shuffle plans. Also, the fire pits at the venue did not operate and we were left with no instructions how to turn them on and no way to get ahold of anyone (both contacts we had didn't answer the phone and the leasing office was closed with is being a Saturday night and all). Not terrible, but definitely room for improvement. Someone should have given us a walk through at the time we arrived for our rental to show us things like fire pits, etc. With a rooftop venue with a view like this one has, what a shame and a big miss to not be able to turn on the fire! I'm using the fire pits as an example, but overall communication needs to improve. If you book this venue, expect to need to be proactive.

No, I would not book again.

We hosted a wedding welcome party on a weeknight evening. The view was beautiful, and as shown in photos. The sunset was a perfect backdrop. Check in was somewhat confusing, and we will follow up with Peerspace. Overall would recommend for a social gathering - note no bathrooms were provided.

In particular, I commend Lauren for her outstanding dedication in providing comprehensive information about the venue and resolving our inquiries promptly. Her contributions greatly enhanced our overall experience. We chose this venue because of the distinctive views of Lake Union, downtown Seattle, and Mount Rainier. The vibrant patio furniture, rooftop amenities and the expansive space were perfectly suited for our party group. Peerspace did not disappoint. Thank you.
