About the Space
The Farmhouse is located in the Oakland hills on a half acre with a view, the house is 2600 sq ft and has 4 bedrooms. It has high ceilings, tons of natural light, and lots of room to set up lighting. There is plenty of free parking and space for crew and staging areas. There will be someone on site during all photoshoots to help with anything clients might need and we can be available for walkthroughs before or after the shoot. Wifi is available and clients will have access to all rooms in the house as well as the whole yard. Photography equipment is available for rent as well, please inquire for more info.

Rules
This is a no smoking location. No tape on the floor No nails, screw, staples or tape may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls or building. No glitter or confetti No sparklers, Roman candles or fire producing gags or effects. No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed Cleaning fee is included in rental, an additional fee may be applied for excessive trash removal. Guest are encouraged to take all trash upon end of booking to avoid this fee. Certificate of insurance is required for all shoots

Jenny was really accessible and communicated clearly and quickly. The house has lots of natural light, and the entire property is very spacious and was able to accommodate all our product and equipment.
This was my first experience using Peerspace to book a home rather than a workspace or studio. I was very impressed with the by how nice the house looked and felt despite it being a family home. We had wonderful light throughout the day and the host was on hand to answer questions, help out, and made us feel welcomed. Our photoshoot was a success.
Jenny was beyond accomodating before, during, and after production. And her space is every bit as beautiful as advertised!
