All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This is a house located in sunny Eagle Rock California. Inside the vintage house are three bedrooms decorated uniquely with antiques and interesting and colorful art and posters. Walls are painted different colors in different rooms for different moods. The backyard is the most interesting aspect of the house. Theres vintage salon and barber chairs, Vintage/classic cars, a vintage 1970 Yamaha motorcycle, a hidden hot tub covered in bougainvillea, lots of fruit trees and tropical banana trees lining the property, a 1967 van with wood paneling and orange shag rug. This house is perfect for a photo shoot or for a film.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Great Experience and Host! Joseph was very flexible and accommodating for our production. Always reachable and straight-forward.. We loved the house, very natural, homie feel. It has a big backyard for production to hangout, lunch etc. I would definitely book again!!

Yes, I would book again.

Joseph and his location were great. The space was clean and just as pictured. Tons of character Host was extremely accommodating and had great communication. We had the house to ourselves.
