About the Space

Cool mid century house that you can chill out in the yard. Quite in the middle of the city. All furniture's made by me and good for video and photoshoots. Super close to major freeways 10- 405. Walkable to restaurants and public transportation. Lot's of natural light during the day, and ambient lighting outside in the evening. Also dog/pet friendly! Just be sure to pick up after your little fur ball.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
