CONVENIENCE Hiking trails are easily accessible for mid-day breaks yet we are only 10 minutes away from downtown Oakland. Plus, the cost of your rental goes to supporting our education programs for the Oakland community! CATERING Guests may bring their own refreshments or meals may be pre-ordered from our list of experienced preferred caterers. You are also welcome to schedule food drop-offs, but no heating, open flame, or cooking equipment is permitted in the room unless supervised by a licensed caterer. Host may accept the order on your behalf and bring back to the room if desired, but does not check the order and cannot take responsibility for any discrepancies. This is a great space for small workshops. The natural lighting and the surrounding environment makes the day wonderful. Attendees enjoyed the space as well and drive up to Chabot Science Center is heavenly.

We held our board strategy retreat here and it was an excellent venue. Samantha communicated well throughout - making sure we had everything we needed to make the day a success. The large room had ample space for moving around between tables. We used a caterer that has a good relationship with the Chabot Center and there were no hiccups. Onsite parking was also very easyI I would definitely recommend them!
