About the Space
Our State of the Art 7,000 Square Feet Combat training facility is fully padded training area. Equipped with a variety of kicking shields, punch mitts, belly pads & punching bags for all your training needs. Accessible to all public transportation & only 30-45 mins from Midtown Manhattan. Our Facility is able to handle up to 60 instructors & students comfortably. We have have separate changing room for men & women and shower. Our Facility is equipped with the latest Force on Force training equipment out there. These are some of our training tools that we use for our training: 1. SIRT Red Laser Training Pistols w/extra mags 2. Red & Blue Guns 3. Training rounds in 9mm, 40 cal, & 45 ACP for reloading & malfunction drills 4. Polycarbornate Resin training blades 5. Variety of paper & 3 dimensional targets 6. Tactical Training folders 7. Fixed Training blades with sheaths to mount on your belt or rig 8. Padded batons 9. Variety of cover & concealments 10.Regular & Interval Timers to improve your Cardio Vascular Endurance
