About the Space
We are offering a cosy and light 400 square ft. room conveniently located in midtown East Manhattan, only 5 minutes away from Grand Central. The room has wooden floors and brick walls. We can accommodate up to 9 people. TV, tables, chairs, computers with wireless keyboards and mouse will be available. There is a kitchen sink that you can use with a water filter.The hourly rate is $55 per hour with 1 hour minimum. The cleaning fee is included in the hourly hour.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
