16'x40' (640 sq ft) private studio, 2 walls are mirrored, wooden floor. Currently available for recurring dance and fitness classes and one-time rehearsals and workshops. Available for all type of dance and fitness: salsa, tango, hip-hop, ballroom, zumba, yoga. No tap or flamenco shoes.

Mid day light was bright during this time of year. Lights are extra, the space is very clean and ample. The studio next door is a dance studio and the music is very loud. The manager was very attentive and kind. He wants to be very helpful and is. Thank you
