Property insurance which covers the equipment the Production Company brings to the premises, as well as The Property being booked, and also Liability Insurance, $1 million minimum is required on all bookings. Production Company must supply their own insurance and provide COI to Grantor upon request, as well as list the Grantor as additionally insured. At no time, shall there be any use of confetti, glitter, gas, smoke, fire, pyrotechnics, or handling highly combustible materials on the Property. In the event these materials are on the Property on the day of the shoot Grantor will immediately cancel your shoot and production fee will not be returned. At no time, shall nudity, partial nudity, any and all sexual acts or simulated sexual acts, or anything else deemed inappropriate by the Grantor take place on the Property. In the event such conduct is engaged in on the Property on the day of the shoot Grantor will immediately cancel your shoot and production fee will not be returned.
