Santa Monica Mountains of North Malibu. 5+ Acres in the hills of north Malibu, windy road access, if you think you’ve missed it, you should be close! Unique and intimate property with Natural Rock-Wall, adorable red barn filled with tools (the size of a Workshop) and ancient oak trees. Amazing view at the top of the hill (must walk up, unless you have a gator/utility vehicle-all dirt roads, not maintained). Quiet and secluded. Locations include: Rock Wall Large Field Eucalyptus Grove Fruit Trees Steep Hill on backside of property Pointing at the Hill--no houses in background! Old 70s Trailer (pics upon request) Top of hill ocean view and 360 degrees mountains Cactus patch large Mustard Tree (looks like a weeping willow) Winter: green and lush with natural running stream As of 4/2/18 we have a stream!) Summer: dry and desert-like with incredible rock formations and tall trees. Daylight hours only (7A-5P winter, as late as 9P in Summer) Small one-roomed studio available for production team/changing. Plenty of parking in drive-way, back field and street. MUST order Porta-potties for groups 5+.
Portapotties required for 5+ people. No Alcohol No Smoking No Pornography RENTAL PERIOD & HOURS Ten (10) hours use of the property maximum including set up, shoot and clean up. ADDITIONAL TIME FOR SETUP, DECORATING, VENDORS, ETC. If the renter or its vendors need additional time for set up, decorating, etc. the renter may ask for access to the room beyond the contracted ten (10) hours for an additional charge. Additional setup hours must be contiguous with event hours, i.e. additional set-up or breakdown time is only available for the hours immediately before or after the event and at our discretion. You must request this time in writing at least thirty days prior to your event. Additional set-up and breakdown time that is SCHEDULED will be billed at the rate of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per hour or portion thereof. If you go overtime because your event goes long, Peerspace overtime policy applies. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $600 security deposit is required to reserve a date, or 50% of total rental cost, whichever is great, in addition to the rental fees. The security deposit will be returned within 30 days after the event or when all accounts are settled, whichever is later, if there has been no infraction of the contract by renter or your agents or vendors. Security deposit must be paid by check or money order ONLY.
