ABOUT THE VENUE The event space is located in the heart of Historic Ballard. This historic space features gorgeous finishes, exposed brick, marble bar-tops and two separate floors each with their own bar. The space includes a full kitchen for the caterer of your choice. We can host a wide variety of events including — private parties, corporate meetings, fundraisers, and wedding receptions. INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL • Complimentary Candles throughout space lit by the host (100) • Chairs & Stools (32 each) • 60" round tables (6) • 12' banquet table (1) • 6' folding tables w/ black linens (4) • Bistro Tables (4) • Glassware — stemless wine, pint & rocks (100 each) • Glass water carafes (25) • Ice Machine • Sound system (for use with iPod, mp3 player or computer). Audio tech not provided and will need to be staffed. DJ and/or band must provide their own systems. Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Absolutely beautiful venue. Hosted our small, intimate wedding. Such amazing people to work with. So accommodating and detail oriented. Could not say enough positive things about this space, the host, and our overall event!

I can not explain how grateful I am with Nate and this venue. He made everything possible. The other venue cancelled on us, and he didn’t hesitate to help and give us the support we needed even with it being so last minute. This place is magical! Perfect romantic lighting, perfect environment, perfect music, besutiful candles and a perfect present as a wedding gift. We loved our wedding, the place didn't even need decorations as we brought our own, it was perfect! The parking spots are reasonable and its cheap. You can expect to pay only .50 per hour in different places around the venue. All we have to say is thank you so much for being such an amazing and helpful host. We are eternally grateful are extremely happy to have had our wedding at such s beautiful spot. It was better than what we were hoping for!

Nate was extremely helpful with answering all my questions, meeting with me in person so I could see the space in person and helping to accommodate all of our photo shoot needs on the day of our shoot. The space is amazing and useful for many different needs. The lighting upstairs was wonderful for the photo shoot. The space is large enough for a crew to spread out and each have their zone to work.
