Our clean multipurpose venue is located in the heart of Historic Ballard and hosts up to 170 guests a wide variety of activities including— large team off-sites, meetings, brainstorming sessions, etc. This historic space features A/V with simple hook up to 70" screen gorgeous finishes, exposed brick, marble bar-tops and two separate floors each with their own bar. The space also includes a full kitchen for the caterer of your choice. All out of house catering/bartending. Pricing This listing is priced for the hours of 7am - 5pm. Please message host for a quote if you feel you will need more time. QUESTIONS: Do you really donate all profit to charity? WE DO! It might sound crazy but there are actually existing organizations already doing this including Newman’s Own who just celebrated their 35 year anniversary and reached $500 million in donations to charities. We cover our overhead (i.e. facility costs, labor) then donate the rest. That’s it. What charity does my event profit go towards? Up to you! If you have one you already love we’d love to contribute to them! If not, we have 3-4 rotating charities working in diverse areas that we’ve developed personal relationships with. We’d be happy to briefly share what each organization does and you can choose one you’d like your profit to go towards. Are you looking for charities to add to your recommended list? Always! We love connecting with and learning about great people working with great organizations doing great work. We deep clean and sanitize our space before and after each event — with a special focus on all high touch point areas. We have four bathrooms — two upstairs and two downstairs — for convenient handwashing. We also have sanitzer stations upstairs and downstairs with touch—free hand sanitizer.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
