Drink up! About the Venue This multipurpose space is located in the heart of Historic Ballard — directly on Ballard Avenue. We can host a wide variety of activities including— large team off-sites, meetings, brainstorming sessions, etc. This historic space features gorgeous finishes, exposed brick, marble bar-tops and two separate floors each with their own bar. The space includes a full kitchen for the caterer of your choice. We offer multiple options based on your unique event size and needs. QUESTIONS: Do you really donate all profit to charity? WE DO! It might sound crazy but there are actually existing organizations already doing this including Newman’s Own who just celebrated their 35 year anniversary and reached $500 million in donations to charities. We cover our overhead (i.e. facility costs, labor) then donate the rest. That’s it. What charity does my event profit go towards? Up to you! If you have one you already love we’d love to contribute to them! If not, we have 3-4 rotating charities working in diverse areas that we’ve developed personal relationships with. We’d be happy to briefly share what each organization does and you can choose one you’d like your profit to go towards. Are you looking for charities to add to your recommended list? Always! We love connecting with and learning about great people working with great organizations doing great work. If you have a non-profit (or work for one) you love send them our way and we will reach out to connect and learn more.
FOOD AND DRINKS Guests are encouraged to bring in their own food and alcohol. Should the guest serve alcohol they will be responsible for obtaining a banquet permit — this is $10 and can be purchased online from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board. EXTRA ACCESS • Guests may book a 30 min private walk-thru prior to their event for $50. • Time will be added in 30 minute increments to any bookings should guests show up before their scheduled event time, or stay late . RESTRICTIONS: • No Smoking. • No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. • No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site. • No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. • No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed. INSURANCE: Additional Event Insurance is required and may be obtained through Eventhelper.com. Please list the host as additional insured.
Nate and the venue were perfect to work with. He was accommodating at every turn of the way and helped us to have a wonderfully memorable night. Super responsive and just a joy to work with. The venue was so beautiful and perfect to accommodate our 125ish group with plenty of space to spare.
This place was awesome! Very spacious and open enough to customize your event the way you need to. Nate did a great job making sure everything was set up correctly and ensuring our guests had a great time. I’d use this venue again in a heartbeat!
It was such a nice venue and everyone had so much fun! It was spacious and lots of room for food and drinks and games! Seriously, such a fun night to celebrate with all our friends!
