** Inquire for a showing ** This Lakeview/Lincoln Park street level open space accommodates 60-80 people and has plenty of parking available nearby. We are also one block from Belmont "L." We are a high-end, furnished showroom of Italian cabinetry and furniture. The first floor is equipped with a fully functioning kitchen, including premium German appliances, three refrigerators/freezers and furnished with premium Italian furniture. Also available is an adjacent lower level space with an additional 1400 square feet for events over 80 people. Included in your rental: - Two full bathrooms on site - Multiple dining tables and chairs are available, including several vignettes of soft seating - Limited selection of kitchen utensils, cutlery, & glassware available for use by guests -65" smart TV is on site, plus a smaller roll-out TV available for presentations Items available at an additional cost: - Professional photography lighting equipment for experienced users - Gourmet cook and/or service staff at negotiated rate The completely open space will allow for easy interaction between your guests, presentation to a large audience, or separating into smaller groups. This is an ideal spot for birthday parties, baby showers, photo shoots, cooking presentations, small wedding receptions, corporate party, networking event, etc.
Renter agrees to use the space solely for the purpose communicated clearly in correspondence. Renter must be 21 or older to book the studio. Event can not continue past midnight. No smoking inside. Pets allowed with prior approval. As the space is at the bottom of a residential condo building, please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. In the event that the Event and its attendees cause a disturbance, RENTER shall immediately abate. If RENTER fails to abate, we, at our discretion, may end the Event prior to end time. The days/times covered by this agreement are clearly defined in the correspondence. Set-up and clean-up should be included as part of your total rental time. If you need to drop items off before scheduled date you must inquire ahead of time. Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. The space will provide bathroom supplies, cleaning supplies and general trash bags for renters use. Any other supplies or amenities must be provided by renter. Renter is granted permission to post sign on the entrance door during the period of this agreement. Any signage or objects attached to the wall and windows must be made in such a way that there is no damage to glass, walls or wall paint and must be removed upon completion of the event. Moving/rearranging of the studio furniture as needed is allowed as long as everything is put back in the original place with the completion of the event. Renter shall also be responsible for leaving the premises in a clean condition, being the same condition that it was prior to usage. All furniture must be returned to its original place. The floors must be at minimum swept, garbage collected, and debris removed from the floors. Assuming above condition is met, mandatory cleaning fee is limited to $150 Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space for your upcoming event. Renter is allowed to use all chairs, sofas and tables that the studio provides assuming we are notified in advance and approve. Renter is allowed to bring food, water and alcoholic beverages as long as there is no charge to the renters’ guest. We allow licensed and bonded caterers and bartending service, but we do not allow the sale of alcohol. If RENTER chooses to allow alcohol consumption in the Facility, RENTER is required to abide by all governmental rules and regulations governing that consumption, including, but not limited to, the checking of identification of all those consuming in order to ascertain the legal status of said consumption. Underage drinking is strictly prohibited.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

I contacted Gene in March to use this space to host my graduation party and could not have been happier! The open layout and ample seating comfortably accommodated my 45 or so guests with room to spare. It was also wonderful to have functioning kitchens and fridges around the room to store extra food. Gene was an amazing host! He was responsive since the beginning and was accommodating for every question. He allowed me to view the space prior to booking too! Both he and his Jr. associate made the booking and hosting process so effortless. My guests kept complimenting the space and I would definitely book again!

I was able to utilize the operating fridge to store drinks, beautiful countertops to set up food, and plenty of couches/tables/chairs to allow my guests a comfortable space to gather and watch me present. Gene's space was INCREDIBLE. It was perfect for the amount of people I had (45), but could easily accommodate much more than that. The venue was beautiful and the amenities very convenient for a cocktail party type of event. Gene was always very responsive and helpful. The price was more than reasonable. I would book another event here in a heartbeat.
