We are a high-end, furnished showroom of Italian cabinetry and furniture and the place looks and feels like a modern high end open floorplan private residence. The first floor is equipped with a fully functioning kitchen, including premium German appliances, three refrigerators/freezers and furnished with premium Italian furniture. Also available is an adjacent lower level space with an additional 1400 square feet for events over 80 people. Included in your rental: - Two full bathrooms on site - Multiple dining tables and chairs are available, including several vignettes of soft seating - Limited selection of kitchen utensils, cutlery, & glassware available for use by guests -65" smart TV is on site, plus a smaller roll-out TV available for presentations Items available at an additional cost: - Professional photography lighting equipment for experienced users - Gourmet cook and/or service staff at negotiated rate The completely open space will allow for easy interaction between your guests, presentation to a large audience, or separating into smaller groups. This is an ideal spot for photo shoots, cooking presentations, small wedding receptions, corporate party, networking event, etc.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
