The space includes flexible lounge seating, grilling stations and stunning views of Downtown DC. This space is located within a residential apartment building. Your guests would be entering through the front lobby and taking an elevator up to the space. We would request you have a person designated in the lobby to greet your guests and escort them up to the space. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter.
