Our space offers meeting rooms for rent that are suited to your specific requirements and will help you turn your agenda into reality. Whether you are presenting to one of your clients or holding an off-site get-together for your staff, our Meeting Rooms or conference rooms for rent will support what you want to accomplish in a variety of ways. Our attractive, fully equipped conference rooms and business meeting rooms provide an ideal working environment. They include state-of-the-art equipment and capabilities plus free WIFI and free local and long distance calls. And all our meeting facilities come with a thoroughly trained, professional support staff. Our medium conference room has seating for up to 8 and features a large 50 inch plasma screen tv with HDMI connections to project. We can provide an HDMI cable to connect. We do have an apple computer converter if needed. Please note there is a $50/hr administrative fee for reservations after business hours (M-F 8:30 am - 5:00 pm) plus the hourly rate which must be approved 2 hours prior to closing. If not approved after hours needs will not be available. When booking this meeting room you are only reserving access to utilize this specific room. Amazing space! Beautiful surroundings! Beth was an amazing host! You cannot beat her hospitality! Location is great and easy to find. Everyone was so pleasant from the time we arrived to the time we left. Cedric, the security officer, in the lobby was so amazing and funny! He set the tone for our visit and the remainder of our time was equally superb!
